Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)

Non-Governmental Organizations play an important role in advancing agricultural development, rural livelihoods, and environmental sustainability in Puntland. They work closely with the Ministry of Agriculture & Irrigation to implement community projects, provide technical support, and strengthen farmers’ capacity across the regions.

The Ministry oversees the registration, coordination, and monitoring of all NGOs operating in the agricultural sector to ensure their activities align with national priorities and contribute to food security and sustainable growth.
